The pair will be working on a duet together, and I cannot wait to hear it out.

During their meeting, Karabo got to sing the gospel star’s famous track, This Song – and they sang the heck out of the song together. “Me and Bebe Winans Singing one of his songs which happens to be my mothers favorite song titled “This song” an experience ill never forget God is good. Mom this song is dedicated to you.” writes Karabo.

SA IDOLS WINNER PREDICTION BY ZACK

Karabo Mogane and Mmatema Moremi - live show/MNET

Karabo Mogane and Mmatema Moremi – live show/MNET

What a Journey and it has finally come to an end. For the past few weeks SA Idols has been very predictable to a point where I have figured who might be the Winner. However, The competition has gotten even tougher when my  prediction took a different turn. I had to look at performances at hand,

Now WATCH Karabo‘s Performance Last Night:

From the title DING DONG, I knew something was gonna be a bit off about that, however – Karabo has one of the most amazing voice for for this particular song, I don’t think it was up to par. He’s lost me at hello, but I hope fans won’t judge him based on that particular performance but rather on the 2nd performance.

WATCH Mmatema’s Performance below:

Mmatema‘s choice of songs where perfect last night, she literally got me at Hello by Adele, The her single she performed was perfect and catchy, the last song she performed wasn’t her best but better, She nailed it her performances, she was on point the whole time, so basically it was her night.

Who deserved it? My money is on Mmatema based on performance, I had to be fair. However both are amazing and both are going to be amazing young South African Artists.

AS WELL AS – the 24-year-old Karabo Mogane from Nelspruit who has already shown the most dramatic turnaround in this season of Idols SA, from Somizi Mhlongo complaining that he had “a dishwashing-water personality” at his original audition in Pretoria, to where the same Somizi exclaimed after Karabo’s solo audition at Sun City that he was now his Number One fan, and called him “one of the best male vocalists in the competition”. Before entering Idols SA Karabo studied Geoinformatics at the University of Stellenbosch, and he hopes to continue with his studies one day – “but just because I find it fascinating,” he says. “Music will always come first in my life.”
