Joyce Ledwaba is a woman with many talents.
Ledwaba, a former Muvhango actress, has put her acting career on hold for her music. She is also a dancer.
Majoy, as Ledwaba is known to her fans, is set to perform overseas with a band called Sweet Memories this Easter.
Her rocking debut album titled Modidi is already being heard on the airwaves of radio stations.
Modidi is a Sepedi word for a poor man. This album has different genres such house, afro-pop and african jazz.

The tracks on the album include Modidi , Basadi and Limpopo which is in praise of her province.
“Music is something I had fallen in love with ever since I was a young girl,” said Majoy, who hails from Ga-Madiba Village outside Polokwane.
She started her acting career with a television drama series in 1999.
