Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo, who’s popularly known as DJ Black Coffee, scores a record deal with a US based Ultra Records. Just when you thought Black Coffee wouldn’t get any stronger, he’s now to serve the international audience and fans with the soulful touch of his unique house music.
Everyone was astounded when the DJ was playing at P Diddy’s party in Miami.
Ultra Music General Manager and Vice President of A&R David Waxman said to Billboard.com:
“At Ultra, we always look for distinctive styles that can be found underground, and bring them to the forefront. With a distinguished sound and style that is representative of his African heritage, Black Coffee is one of the most respected artists in house music,”
His latest album called Pieces of Me is due to be released later on this year, under Ultra Records, he’s performed his single Come With Me which is yet to be released.
